![]() Jennifer Lopez 'terrified' by thought of daily exercise Jennifer Lopez has admitted that the thought of having to exercise every day for the rest of her life 'terrifies' her. The singer has been working out nonstop in a bid to tone-up for a forthcoming music video but said that she plans to scale down her fitness regime as soon as the promo is done. She told Stylist magazine, "It's not always like this though. The thought of working out every day for the rest of my life terrifies me." The 41-year-old added that since giving birth to three-year-old twins, Max and Emme, her figure has changed irreversibly. "Having the twins changed my body. It feels different on the inside as well as the outside. The texture of my muscles has even changed," she said. "I feel like I've hit my stride in my 40s. In my 20s I knew nothing about taking care of my body but now I'm 41, I feel like this is the age. I think women are looking after themselves more than ever. And we're also not allowing people to write us off either." "She's everything I'm dreaming of," they sang to her from the Carole King hit, I'm Into Something Good. At the end of their performance, Steven Tyler asked 'where they were going' with their performance. "Getting close to Jennifer," Jacob admitted. Presenter Ryan Seacrest then quipped, "Ok. If you'd like to vote for Jennifer's legsā¦" The biggest praise went to rocker James Durbin, who J-Lo called the 'star of the night' and who Randy went out and hugged after confidently predicting, "This guy might just win the whole thing."
